Ett aktiebolag som valt att inte ha revisor måste anmäla det till Bolagsverket innan räkenskapsåret gått ut om aktiebolaget vill slippa kravet på revisionsberättelse.A stock company (AB) who has decided not to have an auditor has to notify Swedish Companies Registration Office before the end of the financial year, if the company would like to avoid filing an auditor’s report together with the financial statement.
